Allison and Stephen are excellent hosts! We recently had a great month long stay. The house was exactly as pictured and perfect for our needs! The property was completely spotless when we arrived, and Allison and Stephen's detailed instructions and description made everything incredibly easy. It was well-stocked with useful essentials, and we especially loved how dog-friendly it was — they even supplied waste bags and a microfiber cloth to clean dirty paws! The house is in an older, changing neighborhood that is very quiet and peaceful. The walkable locations recommended were very enjoyable too. Allison and Stephen’s communication was superb throughout our stay and we look forward to staying again. We highly recommend this stay!

This was our second week-long stay at this property. The owners were quite responsive and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The historic Tipperary Hill neighborhood is great for walking around in. The property is convenient to shopping (we love Wegmans) and close to I-690, which makes it easy to get around. The Recess Coffee shop is an easy walk and is a good place for a light breakfast. The owners keep the property well-stocked with cleaning materials, trash bags, and other day-to-day sundries.
